
This report showcases the design and development process for the United Nations in India Annual Report 2024. As the creative agency behind the project, we were responsible for crafting a visually engaging and accessible report that captured the UN’s key achievements, initiatives, and impact across India in 2024. Our focus was on combining clear storytelling with clean, modern design to ensure the report resonated with a wide range of stakeholders.
Defining Style:
We collaborated closely with UN representatives to refine the visual direction of the 2024 report. Moving away from illustrative elements, we focused on a clean, photo-driven aesthetic that aligned with the UN’s brand guidelines while conveying a contemporary, India-relevant tone. Color palettes, typography, and layout structures were chosen to support visual consistency and clarity.
Image Treatment:
A key feature of the 2024 report was its emphasis on photography. We curated and enhanced images to convey real-world impact, using thoughtful compositions, overlays, and color grading to bring human stories and fieldwork to the forefront. The imagery served as a powerful narrative tool throughout the report.
Content Layout:
The report layout was structured to guide readers through the content seamlessly, integrating rich imagery with concise text and data blocks. Careful attention was given to spacing, hierarchy, and rhythm to ensure the report remained accessible, informative, and visually cohesive.
Finalizing:
Following multiple rounds of stakeholder feedback, we delivered polished, high-resolution versions for both print and digital formats. The final design balanced storytelling with functionality, ready for wide dissemination across multiple platforms.
