This project for the World Bank Group, in partnership with Sri Lanka, focuses on Jobs and Growth through its 2026–2030 Country Partnership Framework. It drives private sector-led job creation, improves the business climate, channels investment into ports, clean energy, agriculture, and tourism, while strengthening resilience and expanding opportunities for women, youth, and lagging regions.
Our work translated complex development information into a clear, outcome-driven narrative that highlights the World Bank Group's vision, challenges, and strategy for Sri Lanka. The brochure's aesthetic was carefully aligned with WBG's brand guidelines while maintaining a contemporary, Sri Lanka-relevant tone. Thoughtfully chosen color palettes, typography, and layout structures ensured visual consistency and clarity throughout.
A signature design element the lotus pattern, inspired by traditional Sri Lankan Batik textile patterns was woven throughout the brochure, grounding the visuals in local cultural identity while adding an elegant, artisanal depth to the overall composition. The art style embraces a sketchy, maximalist approach evoking the feeling of a bold blueprint for the future, reinforcing that this is an ambitious, forward-looking plan for Jobs and Growth by 2030.
